Havens Deli is a kitchen where craftsmanship and quality form the foundation of everything they do. It’s a modern and dynamic culinary house focused on honest, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, and it includes a bakery, café, and catering service.

In addition, they occasionally host long-table dinners, social dining events, and other gatherings in collaboration with talented people from the restaurant industry. They are a small family-run business consisting of Ditte, Havens Deli’s chef and head of the kitchen, and Rasmus, who handles the dishwashing and all the boring Excel spreadsheets.

They are passionate about creating simple and aesthetic dishes and introducing carefully selected ingredients – all presented in their beautiful and unique setting. They prioritize organic and sustainable cooking, and a core value for them is that the food they work with aligns with principles of sustainability and organic production – without compromising on quality.

They are located at the top of the island of Fur, where you can enjoy a light lunch or brunch in their new orangery while taking in the view of the Limfjord. The atmosphere is informal and relaxed, and if there’s no space in the orangery, you can always take your pastry to go or enjoy it in their lovely garden.

If you wish to host a larger event in their orangery, it’s also possible to book the venue.
