In the small restaurant of Brænderiet Limfjorden you can also experience both indoor and outdoor dining with the view of the Limfjord. However, it is not a traditional restaurant with a fixed menu, but instead you will be surprised by various local foods served on a tapas plate.
The distillery's plate consists of, among other things, freshly baked bread, homemade gin-butter and cheeses from Thise Dairy. Everything on the plate is homemade and based on the ingredients from local producers, with whom Brænderiet Limfjorden has a close collaboration.
Brænderiet Limfjorden's restaurant is open for lunch from Friday, July 4th, and every day during the summer season until and including August 3rd. The kitchen is open daily from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On days when guided tours/tastings are held, it is possible to book a table after the tour at 6:00 PM.
